Visa Small BUSINESS social
Graphic Designer (Concept Strategy + Design)
During Women's Month, every brand shows up. Few have anything to say. Visa actually did: women building businesses, Visa funding them. We just made that connection visible.
As a Graphic Designer on the MRY team, I pitched a Women's Month social concept for Visa Small Business built on the Getty Images and Lean In Collection. The campaign lifted small business card applications by 10% over three months.
Goal: Drive awareness and action for Visa Small Business by spotlighting women entrepreneurs during Women's Month in a culturally relevant and shareable way.
How I approached it: Built the campaign around an existing cultural moment rather than creating awareness from scratch. Getty's Lean In Collection, photography created with LeanIn.Org specifically to show women as leaders and builders, gave the campaign imagery that was the message.
What I made: A social campaign featuring women entrepreneurs, designed to drive audiences directly to Visa's Small Business program, with imagery from Getty's Lean In Collection.
Results: Qualified traffic to the site, increased sign-ups for more information, and a 10% lift in small business card applications over a three-month campaign flight.
My Role: Originated the campaign concept, led creative strategy and design execution in partnership with Getty Images and Lean In.
