Graphic Designer (Concept Strategy + Design)

As a Graphic Designer on the MRY team, I pitched a Women's Month social concept for Visa Small Business in partnership with Getty Images and LeanIn.org. The campaign lifted small business card applications by 10% over three months.

Goal: Drive awareness and action for Visa Small Business by spotlighting women entrepreneurs during Women's Month in a culturally relevant and shareable way.

What I made: A social campaign in partnership with Getty Images and Lean In featuring women entrepreneurs, designed to drive audiences directly to Visa's Small Business program.

How I approached it: Built the campaign around an existing cultural moment rather than creating awareness from scratch. Partnering with Getty Images and Lean In gave the campaign immediate credibility and reach well beyond Visa's owned channels.

Results: Qualified traffic to the site, increased sign-ups for more information, and a 10% lift in small business card applications over a three-month campaign flight.
