As a dedicated graphic designer, I played a crucial role in enhancing Rimmel London's Instagram feed. Working alongside the Design Director, our challenge was to keep up with beauty trends and attract a larger following. I focused on designing, retouching, and color correction of images photographed by in-house photographer James Chang. My creative input helped transform Rimmel's look, infusing elements of start lighting while staying true to their unique style. Through my efforts, Rimmel's Instagram posts gained a fresh, captivating appeal that resonated with their audience.
Retouching + Design
I was tasked with transforming images of melting lipsticks into flawless visuals suitable for social media. With no margin for error, achieving impeccable colors was crucial. To ensure accuracy, I carefully swiped each lipstick on the inside of my arm to achieve the perfect color match. From there, I skillfully retouched and matched the colors, ensuring each image was ready for an outstanding social media post. Time was of the essence, but I delivered exceptional results within tight deadlines. It was an exhilarating experience, combining my passion for beauty and my expertise in image editing.
