MY FIRST LOVE

Some loves never leave you. Ballet was mine. As a former student of Alvin Ailey, dance was everything to me, and walking away from it at a young age left a mark that never fully healed.

But creativity has a way of finding its form. What once lived in the arch of a foot and the curve of a spine found a new home in composition, proportion, and design. The lines simply changed their address.

This video, edited in Premiere Pro and After Effects, is my way of honoring where it all began.
